Most of CLI’s programs revolve around the power of offline meetings. Through facilitation of interactions with participants, pushing them to expand their skills and visions, CLI strives to re-create the town square, a place where Jews once met to critique, to share, to dream, to hope, and to support each other.
Some of these gatherings have been occurring for years as part of the support the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation offers its grantee organizations. Others are collaborations with visionary Jewish organizations who share CLI’s passion for the Jewish future.
How do they work? We craft the highest impact and most engaging invitee lists we can devise, bring along top facilitators who know that the gatherings are about the participants and not the staff. We garner the input of astounding trainers for skills sessions, guide participants in developing case studies, and ultimately assure that we have made best use of their valuable time.
Crafted gatherings include a subtle combination of a variety of facilitation methodologies. Sessions includes skills trainings, case studies, networking opportunities, text study, fun, and more. The combination of the craft and the participants makes CLI's programs unique and engaging.
