Library

The Center for Leadership Initiatives was created with the goal of supporting current and emerging leaders in the Jewish community. While the debates over whether leadership can be learned will continue to thrive forever (thankfully), we at CLI do believe that leaders learn. That is part of the formula of Jewish leadership and part of the tradition we hope to support and celebrate.

The CLI online Library was designed to provide you with access to primary resources that could assist you in your work. This is tricky ground we tread here - as we do not see our Library as an organizational marketplace. And we know that the Web provides more opportunities for learning than ever before - though one cannot feel or smell the pages which is a huge loss.

CLI's effort here therefore is to provide succint links to resources we have learned that help. Visit these pages for Jewish and organizational resources. Send us links to primary sources you feel should be up here.

Cognizant of the many media that affect us and of the many ways modern Jews learn, this Library offers resources for reading (written) and will eventually add resources for watching (video), and hearing (audio). Come on in. Brukhim habaim.

What you will find on this page are links that we use regularly in our work.
