ROI is an international community of young Jewish innovators and leaders from around the world. Centered around a four-day annual summer gathering in Israel,the ROI network includes the brightest and most creative current and future leaders of the global Jewish community.
Between the annual Summits, the members of the ROI network meet for regional gatherings across the globe. Connected through online networks and as well as weekly and monthly communications, they forge new collaborations, share resources, and work together to influence their communities. In October 2008, CLI hosted its first ROI gathering in Latin America.
The $100,000 ROI Small Grants Pool was announced in the summer of 2007 as a means of providing direct grants (up to $5,000) to ROI members who are innovating in the field.
